The reason most of us Diet is to lose weight and we think that going on a 3 month complete vegetarian diet may be the solution,some of us even try the Master Cleanse and to our disappointment,we fail at it. At the beginning of any diet program you tend feel great and inspired, you look foward to the diet plan and as the days go by,it becomes harder and harder to stick to the diet because you constantly feel like you're being deprived.
